Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing CreatrFlow OS. CreatrFlow OS is a digital product that provides immediate access upon purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to purchase with confidence. If you're not satisfied with CreatrFlow OS, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting our support team.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day period. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Additional Refund Exceptions

Refunds may also be issued in the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
You were charged due to a verified billing error.
You did not receive access because of a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

Your Paddle order number or receipt
A brief description of your request
