Selling with Paddle

Launch Checklist

Use this checklist to make sure CreatrFlow OS is ready for launch and meets Paddle's seller requirements.

1. Set up legal pages

Before you launch, make sure these pages are complete and linked in your footer:

  • Refund Policy — includes the 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.
  • Terms of Service — covers use of the app, IP, and Paddle's Merchant of Record role.
  • Privacy Policy — explains what data is collected and how it's used.
  • Trust & Privacy — covers cookies and analytics. A separate Cookie Policy is only required if you add analytics or advertising cookies.

2. Keep your refund policy compliant

CreatrFlow OS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Make sure your refund policy clearly states:

  • Customers can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day period; after that, sales are final.
  • Exceptions apply for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, and unresolved technical issues.
  • Requests go to theaabadiesharrison@gmail.com with the Paddle order number and purchase email.

Full wording is on the Refund Policy page.

3. Add trust elements to your sales page

Include these reassurances on your sales page so customers feel confident buying:

  • Secure checkout powered by Paddle
  • Instant access after purchase
  • No subscription — one-time purchase
  • AI-powered personalized workflows
  • Beginner-friendly

4. Prepare for support

Even with a clear refund policy, make it easy for customers to reach you. Fast support prevents chargebacks and improves satisfaction.

  • Support email: theaabadiesharrison@gmail.com
  • Aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
  • Resolve access and technical issues before they become refund requests.

This checklist is maintained by the CreatrFlow OS team as a practical guide. Requirements may change, so review Paddle's current seller documentation before going live.
